DESCRIPTIONAs one of our Shift Leaders, you are responsible for directing an efficient workflow and assisting the Store Manager in a variety of store operations duties.
This position serves as a role model of barista responsibilities and serves as one who leads the team, when the Store Manager is unavailable.
Our Shift Leaders create an accomplished work environment who encourages other associates to be the very best they can be on the job.
The Shift Leader also holds themselves accountable as well as others to follow Scooter's best practices.

This role is responsible for performing all job duties in a manner consistent with current company processes and procedures.
Faithfully maintain all food safety, perform work in a safe, proficient manner and maintain store / food sanitation standards.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESo Ensure consistent and quality customer experience by executing brand beverage recipes and techniques, resolving customer relations issues, and leading the team in delivering the Scooter's Amazing customer service experienceo Maintain speed of service standards during high-volume periods by staying calm, managing an efficient team workflow, anticipating customer needs, and utilizing downtime to prepare for the next rusho Assist the Store Manager in onboarding and training new team memberso Develop effective working relationships with team members, identifying individual motivation factorso Proactively seek opportunities to increase individual and team saleso Understand and execute cash handling, point of sale system, and operational procedures in an accurate, consistent mannero Ensure team members follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelineso Serve as a key-holder, following all opening and closing procedureso Demonstrate punctuality, dependability, and adaptability dressed in appropriate attire and ready to be an amazing person to each life you touch.

$2,477.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
