This role is responsible for performing all job duties in a manner consistent with current company processes and procedures and maintaining all food safety and sanitation standards.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES &
Responsibilities:
Greet and connect with each customerWelcome questions and seek opportunities to educate on our productsSuggestively sell gift cards, complementary/additional products, and merchandiseSolicit order, enter sale, and process payment in a timely and friendly fashionManage cash drawer, following established cash handling proceduresServe all customer orders according to recipe and aesthetic guidelinesDeliver products within established speed of service guidelines and identify drink upon deliveryOperate and maintain cleanliness of all store equipmentOptimize workflow efficiency by restocking workstations, food, supplies, and merchandiseMaintain cleanliness of coworker and customer areasDemonstrate genuine appreciation to each customerQUALIFICATIONSNo previous experience necessaryWorks well in team environmentPositive attitude and passion for working with peopleCommitment to safetyCommitment to master brand recipes and techniquesDetail oriented and self-motivatedAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple dutiesAbility to raise, lower and carry objects up to 50 pounds occasionally throughout a dayAbility to stand in an upright position without walking more than three consecutive steps occasionallyAbility to walk more than three consecutive steps for extended periods of timeAbility to hear, see, and speak within a loud environmentAbility to stoop and climb occasionally throughout a dayAbility to work with hands on one- and two-handed activities constantly throughout a dayRegular and predictable attendanceDisclaimerThe functions and skills described here are general in nature and represent the type of work performed, but they do not constitute an exhaustive list of the duties and responsibilities performed on the job.
