Pay - $24 -$40 per hour AND $500 Sign on bonus

Please note, Candidates without the minimum following experience will not be considered.
Here's what you need:
2
recent and consistent years of professional hands-on diesel repair.
Ability to operate vehicles and equipment used for diagnostic purposes.
A valid driver's license.
An enthusiasm for professional growth and development.
A few other skills that will really set you apart:
Previous formal John Deere training (JDU).
Extensive time (10
years) spent in the agriculture space.
Previous and positive employment of reasonable tenure with another John Deere dealer.
Job Summary
As a Service Technician at 21st Century Equipment, your responsibilities will include repairing and reconditioning agriculture equipment to ensure optimal performance. You'll operate specialized tools and equipment with a strong focus on safety and precision. Participation in ongoing Service Educate Training programs are essential for skill enhancement and knowledge development. Adhering strictly to safety regulations, you'll maintain a clean and safe work environment while demonstrating proficient knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems used in agriculture equipment repair. This role may entail extended periods of physical activity, including lifting up to 75lbs, and exposure to various weather conditions.
